Chef Dim Sum: I am a Dim Sum Fanatic. And I simply love all things Dim Sum. I traveled all over the world just to sample Dim Sum, and I found out the best Dim Sum is actually right here in Canada, where I live at the moment. I even attended a special Dim Sum making course just so I can create my own Dim Sum. And now, you may call me a Dim Sum Guru. I decided to go online to share with you everything I know about Dim Sum.
